I subscribed to National Geographic for another 2 years on Nov 19, 2025. Since I was not exactly sure when it would expire I asked NG. They confirmed today that it would expire April 2028, which is what I thought. I am glad it was confirmed and that I got my answer within a short time. Rolf Scheidegger, Switzerland

Quick subscription renewal, immaculate so far mail delivery, majority of articles fall in the interesting category albeit more space and JWST information would be appreciated

Quality and variety I enjoy the diversity and quality of the articles. Please refer to my email about sending me the issues not received: October 2024 until May 2025

Initial subscription period was filled with missed issues. It took a considerable amount of to and fro with customer care to finally get that all sorted out and I received the final 6 issues on time of my 1 year subscription. I also received missed issues. Since i think the bottlenecks in delivery have been sorted out, I renewed my subscription for a further 2 years. Hope that goes smoothly too. Customer care have been patient, prompt and helpful. I appreciate that. Keep exploring.

Had some payment related issues which was patiently looked into by the associate Janien. Subscription successfully availed at last. The support team is very cordial and helpful.

Problem sorted. Partially my fault. Went all round the houses.

It's obviously a tremendously beautiful magazine with fantastic photographs and well-researched in-depth articles, but it's a pity to see that the magazine recently got used as propaganda for the pharmaceutical industry by mentioning only specific evidence in favour of mass vaccination, but leaving out all the evidence of the millions of cases of inverse effects leading to severe trauma or death. I guess we now know where a large part of their sponsor funds come from.
