A duplicated subscription to NGM for 2025 due to my erroneously repeated order of payment has been solved quickly to my entire satisfaction. Excellent for the efficient customer services of NGM.

This review is for the customer service. I am very satisfied. Initial response was delayed but subsequent ones solved the issue I had. It was really smooth. In my case, due to issues in address input I did not receive the issue and on top of that I am moving to a different country. The NG team agreed to ship my subscription to my new address.

I've been getting the subscription for years, I love NatGeo! It's my weekend treat to sit and read through the articles, the incredible photography and just how much work conservationists, activists, indigenous people etc. are doing to preserve this planet and change the world. I've found customer service helpful in the past and had to change my address with them recently which was nice and easy.
