The product didn't work at all for me. It was extremely unfcomfortable to use - Navage works FAR better in my experience. This thing feels extremely cheaap. However - this wasn't the terrible part. I gave the product a shot - I contacted them for the promised refund, and it was a huge pain to get the refund approved. Once it was approved, it was not a FULL refund - they took $20 for shipping and "handling." Then - I got sick, and I missed my return window by a day. When I emailed them, they were completely unwilling to work with me. So - now I have a worthless piece of equipment. DO NOT recommend - do not recommend even giving it a shot.
