I don't know what the 1 star reviews are talking about, but don't believe a word of it. Ive been a customer for years and I've had one issue with shipping that the customer service department took very seriously. They had a new shipment sent within days. Yes, the tracking info from overseas can suck, but the products arrive within the time frame they give you. Ever product ive ordered has been 100% genuine and does exactly what I need it to do.

Quick shipping, good product, and reliable service! I've been dealing with naps gear for almost 10 years now, and never had an issue. I always get the product that I order, on time, in perfect condition, and I've never had any issues or complaints! I love napsgear, and I will continue to use them until I stopped needing their product!

Took my money and never received my my order, now I can't even access the website after asking and complaint about no answers. Lost 240 glad I didn't make a large order. What a joke

Napsgear is 100% legit. Been using them for over 10 years. Prescription grade, human grade gear, Cyp, Sus, Mast, Stan HGH and peptides, they always arrive, and arrive quickly and if the order were too be intercepted They will resend it for free. Love Napsgear

Been using napsgear.org for 20 years, but heads up! Make sure you are at napsgear.org, I know two copycats scams that have been getting folks, napssgear.com with two s's, and naps-gear.com with a hyphen, naps hasn't been .com in 20 years since the .com was seized, they only use napsgear.org. 5 stars for the real naps

I'm seeing some negative reviews, it's very important to go to the CORRECT DOMAIN! There are several duplicate SCAM sites of the real Napsgear. It should be spelled out correctly with ONLY the ".org" domain. I tried this site out due to many recommendations from Reddit & real user forums. I was still nervous switching from my old supplier, but my experiences so far have been incredibly positive. If that changes I will update my review. On one order I was accidentally sent the wrong type originally (error was due to the warehouse it was shipped from, not Napsgear itself) And they were absolutely wonderful and hassle free with fixing the error. At first they offered me what I paid in credits, I wasn't interested in any sort of refund or credits so I asked for it to be resent from a different warehouse. Their customer service agent was very considerate and went above and beyond. After getting approval from a higher up, the replacement was sent to me very quickly. Taking responsibility over errors is very important in being able to trust a company/service. And this company knocked it out of the park with my recent experience. I would highly recommend them just like most of Reddit did. Just make sure you are NOT using any sort of .com address and it is spelled Napsgear, not Napgear or any alternate. It's unfortunate they seem to be taking responsibility for scam sites, but this Trustpilot doesn't technically belong to them anyways (since it's the first thing to pop up when you look at their reviews, I still felt I should leave a review here)

These guys took me for $220 on my test. Order and stopped answering my questions. They seemed legit only because how professional they sounded until it came to deliver my order then came all the excuses. I have so much to say about this website and not a single your order is on its way. They sent me a tracking # to a site that I cannot even send a message or open to see where my order is located the same guy keeps saying it will be delivered but nothing yet this all happened in 11/6/25 they ripped me off like the scammers they are and frauds very disappointed in this site. Do not us them whatsoever.

I placed an order for two products, and after completing the payment, they told me they couldn't ship my product because the shipping company doesn't accept orders with very small weights. They also said they wouldn't ship it unless I bought three or four more products. But this smells like a scam; they took my money, won't send any products, and won't give a refund.
