From the moment I placed my order until the package arrived at my door, the entire process was smooth, professional, and much faster than I expected. I placed my order on the 12th, and they confirmed receipt of my payment on the 15th. My order was shipped on the 17th, and I received it on the 20th. That is only eight days from placing the order to having it delivered to my doorstep, including a weekend. The speed and efficiency were genuinely impressive. Communication throughout the process was clear, and I was kept informed as the order moved through each stage. I never felt uncertain about what was happening or whether the order was being handled properly. The packaging was excellent as well. Just had another stellar experience with Napsgear. I had some store credit so I decided to buy something I'd had my eyes on for a while but didn't want to pull the trigger on. I found a great deal on a sample pack and used the credit, then sat back and expected a decent wait, since it was coming from overseas. Imagine my surprise when it showed up less than two weeks later! It was nicely packaged, clearly labeled, and exactly what I ordered. Thanks Napsgear for another excellent experience!

There have been rumors online lately but as far as my experience goes they are still as great as they have always been, some things are slow to being restocked, but even with that you can usually find a good backup product thats just as good. I went to napsgear after using several other websites that I found disappointing in cost, quality and selection. At napsgear the selection is incredible the prices are pretty good and I haven't had any issues with the quality. I would say it is all around great and I have appreciated how quickly they have gotten me my orders. I am a little disappointed in the new shipping price hike. It went from 25$ to 40$. I only order from one company at a time so I don't get charged multiple shipping costs.
