I did not receive my order from November of last year. I contacted customer support and they will only refund via Bitcoin, which I refuse to accept, as I did not PAY in Bitcoin. They will not budge. Meaning I am out 135 dollars. Steer clear of this site. UPDATE: After way too long arguing with the most annoying customer service agent of all time, she still refused any refund other than Bitcoin. I told her I was opening a case with my bank. I disputed the charge. She remained passive and told me it will not be refunded. I did it anyways, and I was refunded via my bank. If anyone faces the same issues as me, I suggest going through the bank as well. Skip the experience I had with customer service. Not worth the time or energy.

Ive been using Naps for years, some orders take longer than others but never nore than 3 weeks international 1 week domestic. All gear is legit from the brands I buy from GP and DP. In sure others are as well. I am going to try pharmaqo next for some sarms. But yea i get blood work and feel it the way it is supposed to be. All checks out. G2G

They are just ripping you off. Payment was sent, order was cancelled with no explanation or refund. All account history has disappeared, and they do not respond to emails. Can't even log on as the message says no account found. Used them for years without issue. Do not order anything.

Placed my order and once they received the money I never received confirmation. I can’t even login to the app. Totally a scam!

If you’re like me, and you buy a years supply of products in advance, then opening the NAPSGEAR SITE will be a shock. Two shocks really. The first, A totally new front end GUI which makes navigation harder at first, The second, every one of their Asian suppliers are currently “out of stock” for all the usual injectable anabolic‘s. GOOD OR BAD : The old go-to company’s seem to be filling that gap with a bunch of peptides, and HGH Derivatives. It’s across the board with companies. Even the major players like GENEZA, & Dragon Pharma,(which had been my go to company for injectables for the past 10 years). And if Dragon Pharma was sold out for some reason, I could always find the Bayer Test E 250 ampoules in India, or Turkey, or grab the famous yellow script Sustanon 250 ampoules from Pakistan, but even those are now “out of stock”. No one knows when or if the raw materials to make anabolic are coming back as It seems to be an issue based on raw material supply coming out of China. It’s affecting everyone, NOT JUST NAPSGEAR. However, I was lucky enough to find GENZA still had A BLEND OF TEST E 200/EQ 200, TEST P 100, and ARIMIDEX as product of the week. Perfect timing, as GENZA always had the best ORALS. Now the good news, NAPS customer service and shipping haven’t slipped. I ordered those on December 11TH and I received them 12 days later on dec 24th shipped to the NorthEast Coast of the US. Everything perfect. Let’s hope the regular supplies return, but for now I decided to give PharmaQ, shipped out of Europe, a shot. I’ll review the Primo 100 after I run it for 12 weeks..
