Very legit…,until a couple months ago. Money gone, no correspondence, unable to login, etc. Too bad.

Used to be a great company, I spent thousands of dollars over many years but recently they’ve fell off. They straight up took my money and didn’t ship my package after 10 days. Support had told me “upper management” is looking into it for days now. Nothing has changed. Naps used to be legit but now should be avoided at all costs. At least the sketchy dude on the corner will actually give you what you paid for. Scummy.

Scammers. They provide a tracking number, but the order never arrives. Customer service keeps delaying with no real solution. Stay away.

I tried ordering products from Napps gear. I sent 2 bitcoin transactions and 1 litecoin transaction to pay for the package. They took my money and never completed my order. The keep asking me for an order number that I never received. I have talked with them through email numerous times with no help at all. They wont even give me credit on their site for the money I sent them. They are crooks. I have ordered from these guys for years. They are no longer a place I will use or trust. 2

An absolute scam, don’t waste your money here. After weeks of waiting and still nothing arrived. They blamed the postal service, however when I contacted the courier, they informed me that the package was never handed over to them. Now that I’m querying it again with Naps, they ghosting me and couldn’t be bothered to answer.
