I will never use this place again. They are so deceptive in their product descriptions. I paid for expedited shipping which said 3 to 7 days and it has now been 16 days and I still have not received my product. Whenever I contacted the company, this is exactly what the email said: Dear Customer, FYI that the VIP shipping time is normally 3-7 business days(excluding the handling time of 5-7 business days) as stated in the shipping term or landing page. Your order was sent out on 21st. If you haven't received it on 28th, please contact us Best Regards Sherry Customer Support Team They only offered me a $10 refund on the shipping which cost me $16.99. This is so typical of a company that operates out of China. Never again! Buyers, beware. Another update: I received the sweatshirt nearly a month after ordering it, it was absolutely nothing like what was advertised. This thing was a piece of trash. The color was totally wrong and there is absolutely no sweatshirt insulation whatsoever. Seriously, it's like a shell of a sweatshirt. After contacting customer support and sending them pictures of the actual "sweatshirt" versus what was advertised online, they offered me a 10% ($4) refund. This company is a total scam company from China. They are thieves and liars, common with communist countries. DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM, YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!

Wow! I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. We ordered and paid for a SWEATSHIRT. The item we received was not sweatshirt material. It is a shiny, slick nylon type of material. They offered a 15% discount on a future order instead of making it right. This company is a joke and I will never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

This company is a total scam. I ordered a "sweatshirt ".it came in a horrible Shiney material. When I asked for a refund I was offered a 10%refund! Be very aware of these deceptive practices

This company is a joke I ordered a sweat shirt from them and it looks nothing like the photo on the website. The material is very cheap. I have contacted them about this and still have not heard anything from them 4 days later. This comes from an Asian company overseas and took forever to arrive. Avoid this company and save yourself the hassle.

Horrible horrible horrible! False advertising for sweatshirts. Instead they send crappy shinny material that looks like it was designed for a 70’s disco dancer. The sweatshirt was design for a grandmother. Their response was 10% refund for the inconvenience. They messed up the gift and falsely advertised a product. Scammers!!

I bought a shirt for my wife for Christmas and it came out great. Then my daughter decided to change the name to our unborn grandchild so we had put in another order to update the name, but the original one came out great, you may want to order a size or two bigger than what you need though as it seems the sizes may run a bit small

i messed up and wrote the wrong name on one of my grandchildren's names . is there and way I can resolve this problem without having to repurchasing the item ?
