Im not happy with my keychain. i didnt think it would be plastic and i paid NZ$60 for it. I think its a rip off

The product it is not as advertised. From pics and videos looks as a mini mixer in 3D but it is just a 2D print.

The ordering process was easy enough, no problem there however, shipping took longer than they stated and when I received my order it was NOT at all like the pictures they show on line. The one on line looks like an actual mini mixer and it has a moving mixing beater. What I received was a very flat hard plastic one! WTF???? It certainly not worth what I paid for it...I am so, so, so disappointed.

I am trying to resolve the issue, hoping they can. This was to be a Christmas present for my daughter, and they cropped the picture incorrectly, removing the fish from the scene and it was supposed to be a fishing magazine cover. I have emailed them regarding the issue. A present that was supposed to be unique and special became a joke and I was the butt of it. Not cool.

I gave it 2 stars for its willingness to work out a solution; but zero star for its products, especially its ads! It's absolute FALSE advertisement by showing a Christmas ornament in a 3-D solid state in their promo videos when the ornament is really a flat piece of printed plastic! I asked for a refund and took a few rounds of negotiations to get half the money back! Well as least they didn't ignore me so 2 stars for that! Please look really carefully at the product and look for honest reviews before buying anything from this shop!

I have not received any communication with my order and I have no idea if it will arrive for Christmas
