Loved that I could preview the picture and move it around if needed…can’t wait to see the 2 that I purchased all finished.

Never received waiting on company to find why my parcel was returned to sender. Was for a memorial and didn't arrive. Very annoyed

They have been very prompt and helpful in answering my questions and trying to accomodate my requests

very displeased with the quality of the sweatshirt I ordered. It is not actually a jersey type Sweatshirt it is more of a nylon material. Definitely not what I had in mind and would not have purchased it had I realized that's what the material was going to be.

I had no trouble with the order. The preview was awesome. I can’t wait to get the finished product.

Absolutely poor and misleading quality. I tried to have it rectified and was only offered a discount because my personalized item was no value to them. I wanted the correct item i ordered or a complete refund. Got neither. Never again, customers beware.
