Order the kitchen aid mixer key chain. Paid $38 with shipping looks nothing like the picture. Cheap . Very disappointed

The order was easy to place but I can’t pass judgment on quality or value until it arrives. I am very annoyed that as I completed the order I got two emails offering me discounts. 😡😡😡

Absolute poor customer service. Purchased this with a VIP delivery which was extra money and they weren’t able to fulfil this request. The parcel was delayed and Sherry from customer service kept avoiding to escalate nor to provide their complaints procedure process. Will never want to hear from this kind of business again for sure.

If this is regarding the Engagement Era sweat shirt gift! First off was so long missed the engagement party for my grandson’s bride to be. You stated tan short of fabric!!!! Then received shirt yesterday and I had ordered a size LARGE and shirt IS A Size 3X! Total Flop even tho nice shirt’. But a total waste for my gift!

Not as expected. Ornament is as cheap flat plastic unlike one shown by girl on social media which had depth. Would never have paid d 30 dollar. Reached out to their r support for a refund
