I thought this ornament was three dimensional based upon the ad/video on facebook. It is a flat plastic square. Additionally, once my order was placed and got the confirmation email, I did not receive any more communication even though it took two weeks to arrive. The company never provided updates via email so I originally thought I got scammed

I had an awful time trying to pay for my item. Trying to get my payment method accepted.

I received a review from nanyshop but what is funny I got it right after the purchase. I can’t do a review without getting the product. TOO FUNNY

fast shipping, unfortunately the ornament is not 3-D as it looks on the website...pretty nice but not worth the price

I bought a Kitchen Aid keyring for my wife. Facebook ad was misleading. It showed a rotating mixer, only for a second or 2, and a 3D mixer, as evidenced by the fingers holding it. As received, the personalizing and color was correct. The "mixer" was actually 2D. Picture of correctly colored and personalized "mixer" was sandwiched between two pieces of clear plastic. Quality was good for what was received. Price was about $29 including S&H.

Picking out the items was easy but, going to order more than one was a pain. had to keep going back to the start of the order and start again.. should be able to just continue the order.

When receiving the bill, the picture of the gift doesn't reflect what you ordered. So at the end, I do not know what is going to be sent!
