It was easy making the decals with a picture of a loved one....

Would not have gave one star because I have not received my item yet. I paid extra 16.99 to get I. 3-7 days. That was before Christmas. Item should have been delivered before Christmas. Contacted three times. Only response was it will be there in a week. Went tracked still no update since 26th of December. It is still waiting labels. If it does come in a week it will be three weeks waiting. I don’t think it’s coming! DO NOT BUY HERE! I think I have been taken!

What I received was a plastic ornament. I had ordered a free- standing mixer. Disappointed to say the least.

I gave it 2 stars for its willingness to work out a solution; but zero star for its products, especially its ads! It's absolute FALSE advertisement by showing a Christmas ornament in a 3-D solid state in their promo videos when the ornament is really a flat piece of printed plastic! I asked for a refund and took a few rounds of negotiations to get half the money back! Well as least they didn't ignore me so 2 stars for that! Please look really carefully at the product and look for honest reviews before buying anything from this shop!

I paid extra for express shipping (3–7 business days) to receive this item before Christmas. It was promised by December 22nd, but on December 24th it was still in China. No gift for Christmas, and they refused to refund the extra shipping cost. They take your money, promise fast delivery, and don’t deliver. Do not trust this company.
