I ordered a violin display for my grandson and can’t explain how disappointed i am. The violin is a flat piece of acrylic, very cheap looking on a small base,it’s suppose to be 3D, it’s nothing like in the picture, plus it came in a cardboard box unlike in the picture, I’m still waiting for my full refund

Hasta ahora todo bien, fue sencillo personalizar, ojalá sea lo que estoy esperando el regalo

So easy to customize but it would not let me use the #4 or the ‘ sign. I improvised so it still turned out wonderful! Can’t wait to receive it in the mail!

I found out these are excellent products!

The thought is beautiful but the words are very small as well as the picture; the picture is too dark. A little disappointed because it’s not clear or bright as the advertising one on your website.

I purchased it for myself. My pomeranian passed away and she was my world. I think it's beautiful

I am trying to resolve the issue, hoping they can. This was to be a Christmas present for my daughter, and they cropped the picture incorrectly, removing the fish from the scene and it was supposed to be a fishing magazine cover. I have emailed them regarding the issue. A present that was supposed to be unique and special became a joke and I was the butt of it. Not cool.
