Nantucket SpiderReviews of nantucketspider.com

The items I ordered arrived on time and promptly. We love the giant incense sticks for lighting in the garden patio which do a great job at helping to keep the bugs at bay. The organic herbal bug repellent spray was not as effective as the smoke once the sun went down, but it does have a lovely fragrance. We will need to test the repellent down one or another woodland trail when we go for a ramble to see how well it works in that environment.

I placed a gift order and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery.

This review is for Sand and Sun incense. I was excited to use the incense that would drive mosquitoes away but disappointed on the performance of the incense. Love that it is thick but after it was lit up I barely saw any smoke or smelled any fragrance. It just burned away like a stick and felt like my money burned away. I won't be buying it again sorry.

Nice fragrance, works well

bottle was leaking

Love, Love, Love these incense! I've tried so many products to keep the flies away on my patio, then I found your product in a small shop in Alexandria, VA., took them home, put them on the patio, lit them, and half, no more flies!! I will continue to buy form your company! I am a lifelong customer now. Thank you! And, they smell great!

Always a good experience. Great customer service.

This is my second review. In the first one I gave 1 star, because I never received the product due to USPS not able to deliver to my address, so the problem is mostly with USPS! However, after 3 unsuccessful usps delivery attempts, the representative was able to resend the package using UPS, and it got delivered the same day!!! She also gave me the money back, which was very nice, after so many weeks of hassle. The product is good.
