Ok I had a problem with my last order as the bottle arrive damaged and caused some leakage. But due to some issues in the email addresses, there was some misunderstanding as I thought I didn’t get anything resolved after multiple communications. Long story short, thank you for replacing my favorite bug spray and that I’m able to use it for my trip. Love your products and will continue to purchase. Can I make a recommendation? Delivery in a plastic mailer that has zero protection is not safe coz my second bottle did arrive but it still has a tiny bit of leakage. Delivery can be rough if they have to throw over a fence so I hope u may take that into consideration.

Only found 1 tick on my husband vs the other day when he came back with 15! Works pretty good. Smell will stay on clothing after one wash but goes away after second wash.

I ordered the stickers to put on my hats, shirts, and jackets while outside at night. I appreciate that this product is safe and that it really does work.

I ordered two boxes of the mosquito and fly punks. They came in the mail very quickly. We have used them every night as well as the spray. We love the smell and they keep the bugs from biting.

Great products but I tried to order on my phone and wasn't able to get through the ordering process. On my laptop and their website, it was easy but I forgot there was a discount code in the email and had to contact customer service. They replied the next day that they applied my discount but it would've been nice if it had a reminder or recognized I clicked from the email with the code. BUT, that isn't something a small company can necessarily spend their money/effort on so, great product!

Love the incense sticks have them burning all the time while outdoors and they help reduce the bugs. I know as soon as one has finished burning bc the bugs come back in force. All the scents are wonderful I’m only sorry I took so long to try the coffee one it reminds me of a camp fire!
