Total scam. They never sent the hearing aids. When I called and tried to cancel the order they tried every trick in the book to stop me from cancelling. After trying for an hour I hung up and called AMEX. Within 5 minutes they reversed the charges. Thank goodness for AMEX.....

Garbage. I ordered a set and waited, and waited, and waited some more. I called, emailed, checked and finally, after 2 weeks, someone answered me and told me they ran out of them about 10 minutes after I ordered mine. Rubbish. They certainly took my money. They have continued to send me reviews and surveys to rate and I still do not have the, Well, they came after my numerous complaints. They were packed well and that is the only plus. Why the red and blue, bright colors. I get right and left but do I need to look like a patriotic hearing person. These do not fit in my ears, not with any of their so called ear buds. The unit itself is too big and bulky. I tried tuning it and all it did was wail with feedback. I put them back in their packaging to return when I found out, no refund?? Where did it say that in any of their propaganda. So today, I got a call from a foreign woman in Arizona asking about how happy I was with the hearing aids. Why they spend so much on the surveys is beyond me because it is apparent they do not read them. I told the woman they are junk and want to return them and was told nope, can't do so I told her they were f'ing junk and would just throw them away. Pretty strong language for a 70 year old woman, I know, but these people are a scam and I should have read the reviews and better business reports before purchasing. I hung up on this woman and about 30 seconds later she called back so I refused the call and she kept calling, 4 more times so I answered the phone and told her to stop calling, stop texting and stop emailing or I would take this further. So... did it stop you may ask, no it did not. The last call I answered she was screaming at me so I warned her I was going to the President/CEO to report her and if she called me again, I would file harassment charges. $300 bucks, a lot of aggravation and time wasted. I should have known $300 for hearing aids would equal junk. Ya' get what ya' pay for.

I have your aids and I have wasted my money in just a little over a year they will not charge. Please spend your money elsewhere even if you have to spend more for them. They have a one year warranty because they only last a year.

After confirming the return of the Sigma aids in November, I have nothing but lame excuses. They claim 45 days or less to process a refund but after 60 days I was forced to challenge the charge then when Visa credited my account because for whatever reason, It has been 30 days since Nano received chargeback letter so the cycle started all over again. Now 4 months since they received the aids back and all I get are the same lame promises. When you see the video reviews, you can see the same person with different names.

Nano hearing aids have helped me hear better for the first time in years! I was born with a hearing impairment have have struggled for a long time finding a good hearing aid. Nano hearing aids are the highest quality product I've used and I couldn't be more happy.

Bought another one for my grandmother last week. It worked smoothly and gives the best performance as said by my granny.

My second pair of Nano Hearing. Aids. I purchased my first pair a year ago and they still are performing as new. I wanted a back up pair in the event i lost or damaged the previous pair. Very satisfied with the product and service.
