I have been trying to return the hearing aids since I bought them. First, they insisted we "have" to keep and use them for 30 days. Then, they try to exchange them with an upgrade. When I called, their phones weren't working. Then emails were returned. On the phone they tell you to email, in emails they tell you to call, until the 45 days passes and then they say they can NO LONGER accept a return it's past the 45 days. The hearing aids are a bad quality as well. Do NOT waste your money! They are out to rip off the eldery by making it impossible to return!

Oldie but goodie
For the money I guess it's worth it, but hard to get use to the feedback noise. I got an ear ache from trying to
adjust the unit into my ear but it's getting better now.
adjusting the volume is a bit of a problem, I hope I can
master that in time. Maybe some suggestions from you
can remedy that for me. Being an octogenarian I'm not
the sharpest pencil in the box.

Poor Customer Service so far
Hearing aids didnt fit. Wanted an exchange or refund. Called Customer service. Could not understand agent. Accent and poor microphone for a HEARING AID company. She said someone would call me back. 3 day and still no response. Frustration is mounting.

I've tried everything in the manual and on the app but I just can't get them to work right for me. Most the time can hear better without them in. They don't seem to work good in the vehicle lots of noise. If you have a handsfree system in you car. The blue tooth wants to keep switching between the two.

Nano will never return your money
We ordered the Nano hearing aids for my wife. We both wear hearing aids and her hearing is a bit worse than mine. Nano claims to have a 45 day refund period, but beware! The hearing aids were not helping, so my wife wanted to return them after 2 weeks. I asked her to wait and give them a fair chance of another couple weeks. After 30 days She said "send them back", so I called for the "Return Authorization". The salesman said we could try their "better, more advanced" Nano model for the same price. He said we could still return those with a 45 day trial. I told him our 45 days would not give a trial period that would be fair to them and was told "You will have a new order number with a new 45 day trial period", so I said OK. We returned the original with tracking and they sent the new Nano hearing aids shortly after. My wife, after a couple weeks, said they were not helping and her entry level Costco hearing aids were far better. The Costco devices are rebranded Phonak and cost $1,500. We were under 30 days on the "better" Nano hearing aids, so well within the 45 day trial. I called for the return authorization, but was told we were outside the trial. We went back and forth about the new trial period, but they would not budge. Numerous emails were ignored or eventually replied to with a pre-written denial for our claim. I went to supposed supervisors at different levels with the same canned reply. I asked if they would review the recorded phone conversations with the salesman, but they said that department wasn't releasing the audio files. OK, $300 down the toilet to a company that does not stand up to their word. I don't know if Nano ever would have refunded the money if we just returned the originals and hadn't believed the lies about trying the better Nano aids. All I know is once your money is in their pocket, it is highly unlikely you will ever see it again. Low quality sound amplifiers, possibly worth $2-300 for very mild hearing loss, but a very low quality company to do business with.
