I returned my hearing aids on 9/8/22. They were inspected on 9/17/22. I was then told I would get my refund by 10/1/22 at the latest. Today I was told maybe in two weeks. What happened to the original week to 10 days? Aso the customer service people are extremely difficult to understand.

I was told we had 90 days to return this order. They DO NOT work! Don't waste your money. They're crap and they won't take them back. Plus trying to reach customer service to even get an approval for return took almost a week of 1 hour hold-time before having to give up. When I finally did get someone , I was told sorry for your loss and too bad so so sad. They wouldn't even let me talk to a manager or supervisor. Honestly! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT'S A SCAM PRAYING ON THE POOR AND THE MISFORTUNATE!!!!!!

This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Will not refund your money. They just give you the run around. Keep lying and say you’re approved for refund but won’t return your money. DO NOT BUY from them. Hearing aids are crap and screech and cannot adjust. BAD PRODUCT.

As I indicated in my previous review these hearing devices will come apart when removing from the ear canal. As you can see I'm not the only one who has had this experience! It seems Mickey Moffett has had the same issue. I too returned my CIC digital hearing aids back for the same defect and my refund was also denied ! Anyone with half a brain could see that the devices were not assembled correctly and that they are in need of a design change. Their on / off / volume button also is very difficult to adjust when the device is in your ear canal! Not to mention the shipping fees for returning one of Nano's defective devices !! They claim to be a "FAMILY OWNED BUSSINESS" ! I can only hope that they treat their own family members better than they treat customers !! It's sad in a way because I've been treated well by their support team, although the support team only can do what they are told to do as far as company policy. I worked in the medical device field for many years and traveled to Asia where most of these devices are manufactured, and the way it works in some cases these devices are assembled by people who work out of their home so you never know where or who may have assembled your device and more over each assembler may have different quality control standers if any ! Regardless, each device should undergo a basic quality control inspection upon delivery or before it is shipped out to customer. As I said before with a few minor adjustments Nano could be a real solid company.

Dishonest hearing aid company. Refusing to return money. They're using every excuse in the book. The hearing aids were a joke anyway. They are of poor quality.

Buyer Beware. Customer service and product are sub par. Purchased the CIC digital hearing devices and the Nano Hearing Aid protection plan. The hearing devices did not fit in my father's ears. There was too much feedback no matter how many times they were adjusted. Received the requested RMA and shipped the product back as instructed within the 45 day refund period. Contacted Nano Hearing Aids after receiving confirmation that the product had been received by them. They asked me to call back after 5 to 7 days to give them time to be inspected. I called back within the time requested and they informed me that the refund would be denied due to the product being damaged. I told them that it was not damaged prior to shipment. They sent me a picture of a right ear device and it was not broken as they claimed. It was separated at the joint between the top and bottom portion of the device. The wiring was still intact between the separated ends. I inspected both devices before packing them for shipment and neither device was in the separated condition. I asked my father if he had noticed the separation when trying them and he said he did not. There is no way that he would not have noticed the separation. I was never able to speak to a person on the phone (only email correspondence). It was never escalated to a manager as requested. Always an apology for my disappoint and inconvenience but never an offer for a partial or adjusted refund since it was returned within the 45 day refund period. They only said that they would send me back a repaired unit because my father had purchased the protection plan. Very frustrating and disappointing that my father is out over $750.00 for a product that had a 45 day satisfaction or money back guarantee.

Purchased the CIC hearing aids. They are just basic sound amplifiers with a very strange automatic control of the volume. Weak sounds are greatly amplified to the point of being annoying. I returned them for full refund per their policy. I have worked for weeks and weeks trying to get my money. The product was delivered to NANO on 8/4. I still do not have my refund. They always say it is now in our refund department. If they are that dang busy with refunds, this says a lot about the product's quality and suitability. Do not buy these items and if so, good luck in getting a refund.

Horrible company to deal with. They will make you wait SEVERAL MONTHS to credit a return AND STILL WAITING!!! The hearing aids will screech when you try to put them in your ear before they finally settle down. However if you try to make any adjustments, the screeching will begin again making it very difficult to wear them. Search for another company this one seems a little shady in its practices. There is no manager available to even speak with. The only way to get in contact with someone to resolve a return is by emailing. I worked with the technicians to make the adjustments to address options and have them function properly, and nothing seemed to help. Even after I told them this, they continue to make the return process extremely difficult.
