My wife purchased these pieces of garbage for herself, they did not work for her and she returned them well within the return period. The Zip payments function to spread over time continues to take the funds and provide the last 2 payments to Nano. After returning the hearing aids (registered and insured) they did not acknowledge even receiving them until 12 days after they were signed for...we are also still in a holding pattern to try to get a refund. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY THEIR GARBAGE...OR THEIR LIES, STEER CLEAR!

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it would let me. I ordered the CIC hearing aids 1st. Returned them and tried different ones after being pressured by the customer service rep that they were better. The 1st set was received and inspected within 3 days of being shipped back. This was in September. I didn’t like the second set any better so I returned them as well. They were received 2 days after I shipped them back this was the beginning of October. I waited 30 days before I began inquiring about my refund. At which point I was told it takes about 45 days for product to be received inspected and refunded. After several go rounds of this same response I realized that they “supposedly” had not received the 2nd pair. I sent them proof that it had been received at their location. Keep in mind this is now past the 45 days that my refund should have been issued. Now they are telling me oh it’s here once they are inspected it can take up to 45 days for refund to be issued. Again we went round and round about the time frame. About Mid-November I started threatening to take the issue directly to my bank. I was told to please be patient both returns had been received and I needed to wait for the refund department to contact me and they could only contact the refund department by email. After 2 or 3 emails back and forth I finally- on November 21st told them if the funds weren’t in my bank by the 23rd I was going to the bank on the 25th. Low and Behold on the 22nd I had notification that my refund had been processed. This morning November 24 - the funds are pending deposit back into my account. Nano hearing aids customer service IS A JOKE and they do NOT want to honor their own refund policies. All I can say is if you do return product STAY VIGILANT! Keep your post office tracking receipts UNTIL your refund has been issued!

We tried to return the very poor product. My elderly mother needed help to return it. By the time I was there and able to help- It was 1 day past 45 Days and they would not except the garbage they pretend is a $2000 product- what a joke! Don’t waste your time or money!

Absolutely terrible customer service! It has now been 48 days and I still haven't received the refund on the hearing aids I returned.

Nano is a scam they sent me hearing aids that only squealed and I immediately returned them in perfect condition only to be told they were returned damaged can’t believe they get away with not returning my money

When I received the hearing aid and tried to pick it up from the case to try it on, part of the hearing aid came off. I returned the defective hearing aid to the company, and now they will not refund the whole amount. They want to charge me an extra $79 to repair their defective product. The agent claimed that I damaged their cheaply-made hearing aid. In addition, their agents are NOT very nice with their texts. Their customer service department should be renamed to Customer DIS-service. I will also contact AARP to NOT endorse Nano Hearing Aids! This is an absolutely CHEAP product.

Company will not return call about why I have not received a refund on the hearing aids that I returned. I call and was told that the inspection came back in perfect condition and she would follow up with me to let me know when the refund dept would be sending a refund, I have not received any call back from anyone and that has been 5 days ago.

My mother ordered hearing aids from SP Nano and unfortunately she passed away before the product arrived. They were returned unopened and a refund was promised after 45 days of receiving the hearing aids back. It is moving towards 75 days and Nano replies with numerous lies and excuses. I've contacted the BBB and an attorney to recover the refund promised. IT'S A SCAM UPDATE 7/11/23 Nano did not refund anything until they were threatened with a law suit. NANO IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM STAY FAR AWAY!!!
