For elderly people the hearing aid…
For elderly people the hearing aid adjustments are too small on the aid itself to adjust. This is especially true for elderly people with memory issues.

Delivery was exceptional and customer…
Delivery was exceptional and customer service is very good. Prior to receiving the devices I had no problem with hearing noises, but understanding conversation (words) was very difficult and the hearing aids have not helped this problem. Also controlling the volume is also difficult…needs more options.

Hello, It's very important to change the domes on your device due to the fact that most of the sound quality comes from the dome. The correct Volume and sufficient battery are also essential to establish a good quality of sound. Please be advised that it normally takes 21 days for the brain to get used to wearing hearing aids so all I ask is that you wear these every day for a few more days/weeks to ensure you really let your ears adjust.
