I bought this for my husband who just…
I bought this for my husband who just had a stroke ...they were complicated didn't fit well...no matter what size I put on the ends....very difficult to manipulate and we ended up losing the left ear piece...he is in a rehab facility and i was extremely disappointed...we had them for less than a week.....so much money down the drain..... i wouldn't buy them again.

Replacement hearing aids
I called about getting replacement hearing aids because mine wouldn't hold a charge and a few other things. The agent I spoke with did a very good job helping get my replacements. My hearing aids came in the mail in a few days. I would recommend Nano to anyone.

The hearing aids made to much noise…
The hearing aids made to much noise when in the car and the right ear hurt when pushing it in I ask for a refund and just got the runaround I still do not know if I will even get a refund yet.so do not buy them unless you plan on keeping them because they do not like to refund your money >

Great price for behind the ear aids
Still having trouble finding the right size tip and becoming itchy after a few hours. Trouble with volume control. Working well otherwise.

I first tried the hearing aids that fit…
I first tried the hearing aids that fit completely in ear but these would not work for me. I called and was able to send these back and get what i needed. My experience has been very positive.

Customer service is excellent for the…
Customer service is excellent for the most part. My issue was to return hearing aids for a replacement I couldn’t get a return label and still haven’t. I’ve only had them for a few weeks so I’m not able to evaluate yet.
