I was unable to properly adjust the volume and other adjustments to the hearing aids. A call to the company for assistance was well received. I am very satisfied with what they proposed and I will try a different style of hearing aides. I could not ask for more. Thank you Jake.

Balancing the sound is a problem
Balancing the sound is a problem; I can't wear the hearing aids in any wind (e.g. driving the car, outside in light breezes) because the wind creates a popcorn popping sound in one or both ears...There seems to be little benefit to using the devices since they amplify all my "internal" noises ( e.g. voice, cough, chewing, sneezes...) so I can't understand normal conversation or other sounds (e.g. T.V. Radio)

When I spoke to the rep
When I spoke to the rep, I explained that I had trouble hearing in crowds. She said that what I ordered should work, I have been using the Nano hearing aids for almost 2 weeks, I cannot hear any better than I did before purchasing them. When I have them on my voice is load in my head, others voices are muffled like I am wearing hearing plugs instead of hearing aids. I will continue wearing them and see if after 4 weeks they get any better. Also to have to constantly adjust them for different situations is a pain.
