Took a week to receive
took a week to get hearing aids after ordering. Received at least a dozen e-mails before they arrived. So far not empressed with them. Can't drive with windows down they make way to much noise and every bump makes them crackle. Can't charge them up near bed they beep/make noise in the middle of the night.

Have had the set for about a week

Lack of information
You fail to inform people on your website that if they have tinnitus your product is not recommended for use by them. It is not until they receive their order that the paperwork enclosed tells them not to use the hearing aids but to go consult with an ENT doctor. Had this information been available on the website, I would never have wasted your time or mine ordering a product I cannot use and now must return.

Quality is good.I bought 2 sets and a…
Quality is good.I bought 2 sets and a spare charger. First set battery has gone dead within 2-4 hrs 4 times,text customer service and they gave me info on how to resolve.I tried 3 times and sometimes still goes dead in 2-4 hours.2nd set so far so good.good product when battery life is all day.
