I have no idea what program I am in. I press the button and sometimes it beeps and sometimes it stays where it is. 2 seconds or 4 seconds and then beeps is not defined

The thing that I like best is that my hearing is improving. Or I should say that the way that I hear is improving. The hearing aids zero in on the conversation that you are listening to. Background noise is somewhat muted. The brain focuses on what you are listening to. Now my brain is getting beter and better at doing this without assistance.

Not good support, Don't keep their promises. I have called support three times, they read from a script can't answer questions that is not in their script. In all of my calls I only talked to someone once in the USA and very hard to understand

These devices are NOT hearing aids and are hearing amplifiers . Getting them correctly fitted and adjusted is not a easy task.This brand is one of hundred's on the market in the same price range. Shop around .
