The hearing aids did not fit well at all. Had a lot of trouble getting them in my ears. There was only one button for volume, program and on/off which was difficult to use. I am not a first time user of hearing aids and was quite disappointed with these.

Shipping was very fast. There is one major problem with your hearing aids. I have used hearing aids for many years and I find the thin tube is very stiff and uncomfortable unlike other brands. I tried you short and your #3 tubes they are very difficult to shape to one’s ear.they should be flexible with thinner tubes. They make a sound while they're in they're case. They screech and give me feedback and I still can't hear people talking. I guess I'm glad I tried them but all the screeching in my ears is making my hearing worse. I've tried the different sizes of domes and it did not help.
