Thus far I gave ordered two ( 2 ) pairs…
Thus far I gave ordered two ( 2 ) pairs of your aids . I have had problems with them - probably of a minor nature , but were significant enough for them to be repaired for which I was invoiced $ 49 each time - which was , in my view, a reasonable fee. Recently I was sent a pair free of charge. I am truly grateful for your companies existence. Gary.

Easing to order n received them in a…
Easing to order n received them in a timely manner. First ones were too small n they sent me a different pair that were larger. Unfortunately my mom passed away without using them, so they handled the refund without any problems.

My ex wife was having hearing problems
My ex wife was having hearing problems. She is 85 and was too proud to let anyone know. I saw these and got them for her. She is very happy with them. Thanks so much.

Nano hearing aids are performing well
Nano hearing aids are performing well. The instructions are good and easy to follow. My one recommendation is smaller ear cups. I need to order several sets of them
