Hello! I’m not really happy with the performance of these devices?? As time is progressing they’re not what I expected!! I’m going to keep being patient for another week! But if they don’t get any better then I’ll be returning them for full credit! It’s not your company on getting them to me! It’s the inconsistency of the hearing aids I’m experiencing! It seems that no matter what I’ve tried to better the performance of them they’re just not working properly in my opinion!! The right one is harder to adjust than the left one?? Seems to be the button that you have to press to change the mode!! It was that was from get go but I thought maybe they just needed to be used by of course wearing them as being directed! The clarity seems to be not consistent!! Anyway like I’ve mentioned! Your company on the care of helping out with questions or concerns isn’t the problem! It’s the product or in my case maybe just the ones I had received! I’ll keep trying but if it doesn’t change! Then I’ll be sending them back ok! Thanks so very much! Bradley Babst

Scam! Beware if you purchase the aids your on your own! Refunds are not available. You are stuck with cheap non working hearing aids. Scam!

I bought them to use until my new…
I bought them to use until my new hearing aids from Costco arrived (had to get new ones because my hearing has become worse). I thought they would work, but they didn't for me. I can see that it could help others with hearing loss, but not as severe as mine. I need to return them. How do I go about doing so? Thanks!
