MY experiences with MANO has been great all around, since the first time I ordered my first hearing aids, I had a growth in my ear and the aids did not fit well, I explained this to the Company and they immediately returned my money, since then my ear has gotten better and I decided to try them again, I ordered the behind the ear, but that did not work, they kept falling off my ear, again, I explain this to the staff, they were so understanding, I asked for the CIC, they immediately sent me the earing aids I asked for, I think I am learning how to use them, thanks to all the staff of NANO for helping me to hear again.

Easy ordering, great sale waiting to know when delivery will happen.

Mailed to return center 2 months ago. I had to call to find why the delay. No explanation. Partial return sent and had to call for the charger to be sent. Left hearing aid still does not work. Adjustment buttons on right hearing aid do not work. Will send them back this week.

my mother has no had an easy experience with her hearing aids. Her protection plan expired two months ago. She attempted to order replacement buds, but ordered the wrong ones. Was told today we can't return them for correct ones. They are no returnable.

Bought these twice. The first time, one stopped working after two weeks. They replaced them, but said I should upgrade for another $100 (I did!) and they sent me the 'better' pair. After a month, one of them now discharges in about an hour. Also, and most importantly, I have never been able to get rid of the dreaful screeching, happening too often. So, even if they worked I would stop using them.
