The hearing aids work well when they…
The hearing aids work well when they work. I purchased the elite protection plan: Note Don't waste your money! I purchased this set of hearing aids in March. In May the first hearing aid died. That time wasn't that bad it only took 2 days of phone calls to get them to send a replacement. Four days ago, the right one died. so far it has taken 3 days of text exchanges to get them to agree to have me send the hearing back to them for inspection that will take 7 to 14 days! I will be responsible for all shipping cost. Hearing aids work well when they work. How many time will you have to replace the due to pour quality!

Unhappy
Left hearing aid will not hold a charge. It can charge overnight, not turn it on for 2 hours and it’s dead! Recharge it for 2-3 hours and turn it on and it will work for 3-8 hours maybe . Not happy with them right now! Right one will stay operational for 8-9 hours! No issues with it!

What a difference
After I read the manual and watched the video I put my Nano Audacity RIC on. It did take a few minutes to adjust them to my liking, but with them being paired to my phone it was pretty easy to get the results I wanted. They are working very well and I hope to be using them for a long time to come. Well done 👍

Replaced my old aids
I replaced my over the ear aids after I was accused by a woman in the grocery store of ignoring her and she ripped them off and stomped on them destroying them. These are better and not obvious so probably not in destructive danger.
