Never received order was charged for them

So far I'm enjoying these aids except I would like to have a bit longer hearing tube. What would also make these great if the microphone part were a bit slimmer, the current one tends to make my ears pop out and they also are somewhat uncomfortable as I wear glasses.

Just an expensive toy. Not real hearing aides. Don’t buy these.

We have repeatedly tried to get the hearing aids to work to no avail. My husband has called and spoken to your customer service at least 2 times, maybe 3. I bought a set or refurbished hearing aids for my husband as a surprise. It seems to be all that was done was to place a sticker on a broken set of hearing aids and resell them to the next dummy that was gullible enough to believe you were selling a quality product. We want our money back.

This company is terrible and won't stand by the repair or replacement of their Nano Mini CIC hearing aids. After we tried to get them to help us get the left unit to work after it just stopped working and was fully charged. They said they couldn't do anything else but we could buy new hearing aids. We were shocked. Do not purchase from this company as they do not stand by their products. Terrible Company!! Dissatisfied customer!!

Arrived just in time to save a marriage 🤪 Easy to use and works great! I had a salesman at another company sell me a $3000 pair of aids that had servicing costs if I left the state I purchased them in and required a computer tech degree to operate Shame on you and me for trusting you! NANO has ethics!!!

Purchased these to help hear TV. I’ve tried both programs and neither help. The sound is like an echo. I tried each volume setting but that did not help either. The sound I get in my ears is garbled.
