The company was very easy to deal with and I loved that they asked for pictures of the bike and serial numbers to verify it was the correct battery BEFORE sending the battery. They were awesome, the battery came quickly and is a perfect replacement!

I like how the company ensured I had the right make and model number before they shipped the batteries. The original ones lasted five years, so I hope these will be about the same.

Excellent customer experience! I had a hard time finding the part and the lady knew exactly what I needed. I forgot her name but was very helpful in helping me. I ordered the part and received it. Fixed the bike and my wife is happy.
