NaktoReviews of nakto.com

Great company, great Ebikes, and great customer service!

I'm not very tall, so I was worried about finding a bike that fits me well. But I'm so glad I found the NAKTO Pony Ebike! It's perfect for my height and I feel comfortable riding it. I'm really lucky to have found this bike!

Quick response

The person I talked to is very understanding and willing to help. When I first got my natko I didn't realize it. It wasn't just a bike, I had the assisted pedaling all the way up in an enclosed area. I just pedaled slightly and rammed into a guardrail. It destroyed my wire that went to my horn and light. You guys were able to provide a new part and I fixed it. So thank you guys very much and hopefully I won't have any more mess-ups. Thank you again
