Great product, great customer service. I have told many people about the woof and everyone that has purchased love this product love them as much as them dogs.

I had a great experience with Woof. Customer service was excellent and fixed my problem quickly and easily with no hoops to jump through. My dog loves the treats that go into the bite and brush and the pupsicle (I got the premade Calming pops). The pupsicle keeps her busy for long enough for the family to watch a movie with no frustration over barking or other disruptions. My dog liked the bite and brush so much that she decided it was valuable enough to hide, so I’ve been looking for it, but I’ll find it soon and then she’ll have clean teeth!

I'll start off by saying I don't understand all of the one & two star reviews. This company has been nothing short of super helpful & responsive to my every need or question regarding my 7 month old Pitbull/Labrador, almost 60 pound, tornado of a power chewer pup. Mylo Maisie & I are very fortunate we stumbled upon them at our local Tractor Supply store & then we really got to know them through their website & emailing back & forth. I never have to wait more than a few hours for a reply from one of their Woof team members, & they've always got a solution or an answer for me. I can't praise them enough. Mylo isn't exactly fond of her Pupsicles but she likes the peanut butter/beef flavor refills that she has for the small one & the peanut butter/chicken flavor refills that she has for the large one. When we first got the small Pupsicle & she was deciding if she liked it or not, she had to have the Pupsicle for a power chewer after the regular one didn't cut it & they replaced it free of charge with free shipping after I emailed them a picture of what she did to the regular one. She's likes her Bite 'N Brush, the Honest Chews (she has both of them & we've had no problems with either of them splintering, which says something for a power chewer), & the Nomchucks. But her absolute favorite, & the one I cannot keep refills for fast enough, is the Bully Safe with the Bully Sticks. She has a subscription for the sticks (which I've also had no problem with the subscription) & I swear we could get a package every week & a half & it still might not be enough. This is one of the best inventions ever! It keeps the dog safe from choking on an end piece while also allowing them the enjoyment of chewing on a rawhide. Again, I can't say enough good things about this company. The customer service is top notch, the shipping & delivery is always fast, & the products are great! And as always, I'll end with what I always tell them, thank you for all you do. 🐾

I will be reviewing on their pupsicle product and their customer service. I always recommend my friends for their dogs to get them pupsicles. Personally for me, I love giving them to my 2 dogs as it is a nice treat for them to enjoy and lick. I love that they do have health benefits also. The colors are cute too and they are sturdy. My only complaint for them is they eventually become harder to open but my tip is to use a paper towel to grip on to it and it helps untwist it easier. The customer has been very helpful when I needed them twice because I accidentally checked out online and clicking on the subscription option by accident. They were swift on responding to me and fixing it. They were also very understanding and kind. Overall, great customer service and love the pupsicle concept and I haven’t tried their other products so I can’t say much about their other products.

My dog loves chewing on this toy and she gets super excited when she see us loading the inside with the treat. Our goldendoodle teeth have been cleaner and she has better breath ever since. She spend her good time chewing and biting on it until she is finally happy and she finished the whole treat. We would continue buying this product.

I made a decently large purchase from MYWOOF.com for my sister's dog (Kuvasz) on a variety of products they offer. I read other reviews before posting THIS one. But I did not read any reviews prior to purchasing. First off, her dog is not a biter or chewer. He's a very gentle dog overall with toys. He will take things out of your hand super gentle. I only let him try the pupsicle and bite 'n chew for 2.5 days--probably not long enough for a proper evaluation. I didn't give the dog long enough time to understand how these work and this is because I was visiting her dog from out of state. I opened the mouth of her dog and saw only baby teeth even though her dog is 4yrs old. Maybe this is why he usually goes for soft toys. The POSITIVES: Products are made of quality materials. They won't fall apart easily. I was impressed with the commercials, the idea of the products, the helpful hints on how to use the products and items arrived quickly. The Negatives: per some of the reviews--the pupsicle was difficult to open. BUT I did manage (as a female 61yo) to get it opened. The XL pupsicle does not properly fit the XL balls that go inside (they are loose and fall back into the product). This technically isn't a problem, but the poor dog looked like Gene Simmons trying to get to the ball with his tongue (for licking). I only thought the balls had to fill the XL pupsicle as the photo on the product shows it as such. So i purchased a L pupsicle and inserted the XL ball. The L pupsicle was too small for an XL ball. That is NOT the fault of the company--only "my" fault for thinking I could interchange. My sister's dog gave up licking after 10 minutes getting all the outside powder off the ball. Granted, I only left it in his possession about 20 min. total on and off over the 2 days. Hardly enough time for him to visit it again. I had to get back home and wasn't sure if my sister would be able to have time to evaluate the toy more as she works too much to be home to supervise. Customer service by phone is not possible when ordering--only thru email or chat w/AI. So an immediate answer is not possible, but if you can wait a day for them to reply or AI hasn't given you the help you need, they DO reply and you can get help thru email. I did not do any subscriptions so I can't comment on their service for that or for canceling a subscription. I WILL give a THUMBS UP to their return service. ALSO, these products (I purchased) I think that I bought would work best with my friend's DOBERMAN or other dogs that like to BITE. I will show him their web site. I personally am a cat person, but if I EVER get a dog, I WILL be visiting this company again. I gave them 5 stars for the quality of products, the return service, the product ideas, the awesome website, the wonderful RECIPES for the dog treats they offer. It's not their fault that my sister's dog wasn't interested immediately. I just picked the wrong toys for her Kuvasz. This doesn't mean other types of dogs won't like these items OR that other Kuvasz wouldn't love these. They have other ideas to try too. I may be back for some other products. THIS is why I gave them 5 stars. I still really love these products.
