I wanted to update my reviews about Woof’s Bite and Brush and the Pupsicle. My Bella loves them both. The Pupsicle keeps her busy for an hour when it is filled with the Woof refills. The Woof treat mold is perfect for making homemade refills, but my treats only keep Bella occupied for 20 minutes. I do freeze all treats for the before placing them into the pupsicle. Bella also enjoys the Woof’s Bite and Brush. Many of the spikes on this dental toy came off after 2 uses, but I received the replacement today. Both the pupsicle and bite and brush are very easy to clean. My review would have been a 5 except for the poor customer service. They take too long to respond and then only gave partial responses. I strongly encourage Woof to develop a better method of responding to customers and to add a customer care call number with a live person because I love their products.

Absolutely love these for my dogs. However, we struggle to open them. We’ve oiled them, frozen them, put in warm water, used pliers and flat head screw driver to loosen. I hope Woof can make a redesign to fix this very common issue.

My puppy loves the pupsicle but she is a strong chewer and chewed the top of this overpriced item on the second night. For 25 dollars I think the material used should be much stronger- kongs are durable- pupsicles are not. I would request a replacement for at least the top. Please advise.
