I ordered one time from Woof. I do my own filling as my dogs are highly alergic! Out of the blue a woof charge was made on my credit card,I did not pace and order and received no invoice! A week later I got a package from Woof, and have emailed several times with no reply.

the product is a good idea but it still lacks quality, my dog broke it in two days, I made the warranty claim and instead of replacing it they refunded me 15 dollars. I do not recommend it for heavy chewers.

Ordered the soccer cleat and Mic Jagger chews. Within 5 minutes our pittie chewed off a piece. Woof doesn't offer refunds only replacements. After some research, there is no truly safe rubber or plastic chews. Ingestion can cause obstruction and hard plastic can damage teeth. I wouldn't want to ingest either so why should my dog? Only considered this as an option for the pent up energy while recovering from surgery and restricted activity. One she's fully recovered, lots of exercise and stimulation will do the trick.

Bought the starter pack for my pup from the Woof store on Amazon. Under supervision, he destroyed the pupsicle in under 15 minutes. When I reached out to customer service I was given a lecture on supervising my dog, and to reach out to Amazon for help. Many thanks for that lovely little run around. What I had hoped would be a great enrichment activity for my dog was not only a waste of time and money, but dangerous. Edit to respond to Woof: Your copy/paste response is just one more indication that you do not back your own product; and that other consumers should not make my mistake.

Ordered the Woof pupsicle starter pack on Amazon with the seller listed as Woof Pet. My dog chewed a chunk of the top off on the 3rd or 4th time of use within 2 weeks. When I contacted the company at mywoof.com directly I was told it did not fall under their 30 day warranty since I purchased it on Amazon and not directly from their website. Can not be returned to Amazon since it’s been used. How can this company not stand behind their product which appears to be sold by them on Amazon. Don’t waste your money. Extremely poor customer service.

Wrote these guys over a week ago to inquire about the specifics to the auto ship. I still have not received a reaponse to chat via email a wek later? When trying to order it says the popsicle holder is guaranteed. IF you have an autoship. When ordering it gives me an option to autoship the entire pupsicle and ice tray? Why? I don't understand how to get the coverage incase they ruin the holder ?

I ordered a dog harness back on July 21, 2023. Never received a tracking number, never received my harness and can't get in touch with anyone about my order! Do not trust this company! My bank is checking into fraud!!

It's ridiculous they don't have a customer service number and they make it close to impossible to cancel a subscription. To cancel, I was prompted to "log in to an account" using the email where I got order confirmations.. but each time it said "no account found". When emailing numerous times (4x now) to ask to cancel the subscription, the customer service continues to stall the cancellation process asking for "reasons" to cancel. If someone is emailing to cancel ASAP, it's important that customer service cancels a subscription ASAP. Will be notifying Better Business Bureau about this unethical subscription cancellation process.
