This device gives me peace of mind knowing that our puppies are safe when we are away from our camper for several hours. I love the text alerts every 1-2 hours that show the humidity level is changing as well. We got a waggle last summer and used it only once before our last dog passed, but we now use it with our (2) 4 month old miniature schnauzer pups. The customer service also checked in with me periodically to see if I was ready to renew our subscription, but they were not pressing or obnoxious as some sales companies can be. They respected that our dog passed and we did not yet need to renew our subscription, and also made it a easy for me to cancel when I let them know our dog passed. Renewing was very easy as everything is very easy easy to navigate in the app, and the live chat feature is quickly responsive. We do enjoy and are grateful for this product.

I’ve had the waggle for about two years. When it works it’s not horrible. Problem is, it freezes CONSTANTLY! It used to happen about once a week or two, now it has to be reset daily. IT IS NOT RELIABLE!!!! We needed something in our Rv to protect our dog. I absolutely have lost all confidence in this device. I’ve contacted customer support numerous times and yet they never fix the problem. All they say is to reset it. We full time Rv and can not rely on this device therefore I cancelled my subscription. We are going to try Marcell or another device. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Bought two devices. GPS never worked properly on either device. Customer service took forever and it was multiple emails back and forth to get the subscription and device cost refunded.

I’ve only been waggling a few weeks, but so far very pleased. Easy to set up and change settings, and temperature seems to be accurate. Peace of mind when my dogs are in the RV and I’m out is so valuable!

I had a discount code and later that day I noticed I had another code for a greater amount but had already made my purchase. I called Waggle and asked if their was any way we could get the additional discount. They said absolutely and refunded my money the same day no questions asked.

In using the app. Temperature is off by about 8 degrees. Then being a part time traveler there is no way to put your subscription on temporary hold while not traveling. Big downside of it if you only travel a few times a year making it very expensive.
