The device works as advertised. Thats why i gave it a 3. However i did not authorize an automatic renewal and when the company did it anyway. When i went to tell them we were not renewing our subscription (same day they charged my card) they promptly refunded my charge, but charged me a $10 dollar admin fee for doing the charge (without my permission). To me this shows the company has some dishonest practices just to get a few more dollars out of thier customers. UNSATISFACTORY

The customer service I received was outstanding and they resolved my issue quickly! A++ on communication!

We really like our Waggle and the customer service is great. Great peace of mind and they actually called a few weeks after we got our Waggle to see how we liked it.

Excellent product that gives us peace of mind when we leave our pups unattended for a short while wherever we are. Only lost network access once since purchase a month ago and was notified to do a reset. No problems since. Really like the geofence alert in case some bad actors try to steal our vehicle.

Easy set up and frequent reporting to my phone and email. This is just what zi needed to protect my dog

The agents are all so polite and informative, they go above and beyond to make sure they explain the plans so I could understand. We love our Waggle works nicely and gives us peace of mind that our pups are comfortable while we go exploring the city if we can’t take them with us. We use it at home as well as in the camper.
