I’d give 3.5 stars if I could. The temperature readings were not always consistent but good when it worked. Even though it says it updates every 15 minutes I couldn’t get it to update any sooner than 40 minutes. I ultimately canceled use due to cost.

I had multiple issues in a short period of time. Each question/concern I had was handled quickly nd resolved. I'm grateful for this product as it gives me peace of mind when I not at the RV, but my pet is.

We recently purchased Waggle and it has been great. We have been using it for several days as we travel through the Smokies. Very accurate.

So far the device has been good, we haven’t actually tested on the road yet. Set up was easy. Questions I had were answered quickly.

I tried to use your chat to ask about getting a second monitor vehicle mount and was totally frustrated that it wouldn't let me ask a simple question. It kept leading me down a path that I didn't want to go.

Returned it after 5 days. Could never get it connected and customer service was horrendous. I’m still getting phone calls asking to connect the device… even after it’s been back in their hands and I’ve been refunded. ***UPDATED 6/28**** Waggle called me to apologize then asked me to remove my review. Absolutely not. Instead of wasting time calling customers work on your technology!!!!

We like the peace of mind waggles gives us while we are away for an afternoon. Only issue,which they can't control is that the Verizon signal is terrible in and out where we stay for 5 months a year. Everywhere else we've been it is 98%:good
