Never got to use the product the monthly subscription fee was to expensive

I've had the Waggle monitor for a year and it has never worked correctly. It sends constant stream of text and email alerts that the temp in my RV is 20-30 degrees higher than the actual temp. Waggle tried to "reset" the monitor a few times, but it never works. After a year of paying for subscription and the monitor cost I'm giving up completely. It was a total waste of money.

Overall the Waggle has been decent - but product engineers take note - a lot of dog show venues have crappy cell service - but offer WiFi - so an option to connect to WiFi via Bluetooth would make this a five star product.

The product does not work as it should. It does not update the temperature reading in the app every 15 minutes like it says it will. In fact it rarely updates at all and does not respond to the refresh action. Making the product effectively useless. A customer service representative reached out to see how my experience was. I responded with the issues and have never received a response. Ineffective product with horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money.

The ordering and shipping process was easy. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is the battery doesn’t last very long. If you opt for too many of the notifications available, it will run down your battery in a hurry. I had to turn some of mine off in order to get it to last for 2 1/2 days. I’m concerned because that was with it being in the house and not having to send me alerts about the temperature fluctuations. I’ll have to see how it applies to real world application when I go on a trip next month

So far is reading and recording the temperature. Sending notices when temp has gone below our set temp. If the waggle is unplugged it sends notification as well.

Works well but obviously dependent on cell service. I recommend supplying multiple mounting blocks. I have one in RV but also like using it in my car too.
