Very smooth process to upgrade to Lite

Customer service is continuing to improve from where it first started! Had some issues with the monitor but they kept working on it and it seems to be working now

It didn’t work. We live in a major city and the network had connection issues. The device would not update the temperature in the app. Why should I trust this device when we need to monitor the temperature for our dog in more remote areas if it doesn’t work in a major city? We returned it. Oh, by the way, they have a $10 restocking fee to return it. They weren’t going to pay the return shipping either. 0/5 stars if I could.

I would not travel without my Waggle. I've had the pro Waggle for over a year and it has not failed me. I always know the temp, if the power goes out AND, if the RV is moved using the geofence feature. It's great piece of mind to know my RV is cool and comfortable for our dog. We don't leave our RV and dog for very long, but I know i can do it without worry.

I love the ability to check temp/humidity from anywhere, so I can remotely crank the vehicle for A/C or heat as needed. However, I'm using the Waggle in an SUV, not an RV, so I have to use the Waggle's battery power all the time. I cannot plug it into vehicle power. That means I have to take it out of the vehicle every 3-4 days to recharge the Waggle battery. This is not a great inconvenience, but it is an inconvenience. And if I happen to forget, then of course it dies on me.
