The first Waggle I ordered didn't work at all. Had to send it back and wait for another. The second one would not connect to our phones. I didn't have a good experience. I just want to get my money back. I don't think this is a good product.

I have contacted you two times about my dissatisfaction of the Waggle Cam I purchased and have not heard a word back. Pretty sure I won't hear back on this response either, so I will be emailing customer support directly.

Our waggle isn’t working on its first use. The screen doesn’t turn on. You cannot turn the waggle on or off.

Would be good if they would fix the issue of NOT resetting after a communication loss. I have to manual reset it which doesn't work if your away at the time and your dog is not.
