The return process is too confusing. The RMA instructions are not clear and assume I have a smart phone.

The Verizon service is terrible so I can’t give a review on the actual product. It hasn’t picked up at any of the campgrounds we’ve been to. Even at the most popular campgrounds there is no service. It really needs more options for providers.

Waggle won’t connect to Verizon where I’m at. Verizon is my provider and my phone connects just fine. So waggle is not helping me. I took it to the main road and it connected, but it doesn’t connect where my RV sits in my driveway of my house. I’m really disappointed, but I think I’m going to have to return it.

I’d give the waggle a zero stars if possible. It never connected to whatever “wifi” they run off of. I’m in the process of returning it. It was hard to get ahold of customer service AND they make you print off the return label, use your own packaging, pay shipping fees as well as return fees if you want to send it back. Crappy experience!

Unit constantly loses connection. I have no faith that this is going to work if we were to rely on it for its intended purpose. Previous version worked flawlessly but this new unit is garbage.

Asked for a refund on a product that I DID NOT RECEIVE and was told it was out of your hands and that I would have to speak to usps. I don’t appreciate how waggle is handling this situation.

Product to complicated for my wife to use and have to pay for an app to use it! At this point plan to return it.

The waggle doesn’t work with cell service that is spotty
