Used it recently for a month during our travels. Very reliable cell connections. Informed us us temperatures inside of the RV and power losses and restores. Peace of mind when leaving pets for a short time.

Expensive fees for a subscription to even use it? Even though l’ve already paid $75 for a monitor that cost less than $20 to make….. rip off.

Personal service. At first I had some problems and was not happy, but your support representative, Nick, stayed in touch; even though with my work, I can be hard to contact. He and the rest of support worked through my issues and things seem to be fine. Nick did a great job helping me understand what was happening. He was always polite and assured me he will be there if needed in the future.

Received waggle pro, paid for 1 full year and did everything with installing as instructed and the device would not find signal after multiple attempts at resetting per support instructions. I advised several times that i was on vacation at a very hot place which was the main reason for purchasing the device. First point of contact with staff and was told to reset and give it 24 hours and a tech would call me back the next day, after no call back i reached back out to be told go about 1-2 miles down the road and reset again and it would connect- no connection again. Reached back out and was told “we will need to send you a new one”. I expressed i needed it asap as i was on vacation and wanted to be able to leave my dogs in the camper and not have to worry about the camper getting hot for them” Was ask for my address for them to send the device and i would have to send them the old device back and they would replace with a new one. Expressed again i am on vacation and not at home yet! I am very irritated with this company. Terrible customer service! Buyer beware!
