If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid good money for this and got a 6 month subscription and have 0 service at my home and most places I go. It's totally useless

New sensor could not be paired with app. I sent it back as defective but had to pay for return shipping. Still haven’t received a replacement after over 3 weeks. Assuming I get the replacement that will be shipping cost paid x 3.

Does everything I want it to do!

Abysmal customer service. Chat only lets you ask the questions they let you select from; not actually ask your question. I have called 7 times today and get disconnected while waiting every time. Great concept, but with the lack of customer service and unable to reach anybody, it's simply not worth it.

Order June 26 3 to 5 day shipping lol been month 31 days still waiting for order contact customer service twice . Long time customer since 1st protype rv monitor came out cs has gone down hill 😢

Bad customer service

The signal drops off line continuously and can't trust it to keep my dog safe. If you make it so the signal can be boosted it would be great.

So far both my Waggle products are working the way I need them to. I have a working K9 who spends time crated in my vehicle. The temperature sensor gives me peace of mind when I am away from the vehicle. The camera is great for times I have to walk away from my RV. Stress relief! One of my teammates just got one!
