Like everyone else, it wouldn't go through after putting in all of the info. I tried on 3 separate occasions. Also why are some of the remarks from Sept and we just received the notification a few days ago?

Their help desk of the credit bureau (Transunion) is very UNHELPUL or My True Identity. They answer nothing for you other than canned phrases. YOU get the same stuff. My True Identity or Trans Union. I received an email from My True Identity and got nothing there either. I want to thank congress and the senate, for this ridiculous settlement made for their constituents' behalf. All I have to say is PU!

The mytrueidentity website is very poor. Tried to save some changes to my personal information and security question - hit save but the changes are not saved / retained. Also - it shows a past address for me that I have never lived at and do not even recognise.

Unable to login after enrolling. Their 2-factor identity doesn't work. This should be an embarrassment for Trans Union. Doesn't leave one thinking there's anything secure with a users' information.

I tried to enroll using code from a notification about a data breach, and offering free credit monitoring. After filling out the web form I got "We're having trouble with your request and apologize for the inconvenience. Message ID: 005" A farce.
