These guys are the worst! ... I have had an account for two years due to a cyber attack at McKenzie Financial. I had a hard time logging into my account today and was ultimately locked out. I called customer service (which was a complete joke!) and could barely understand the person due to her heavy accent. There was a spelling mistake in my last name on the account and as such I now need to upload three pieces of ID to a different website before they can reset my account. Are you kidding? I have been a customer for two years and have an account for a 5 year total and they pull this crap? Nope - told them this is ridiculous and hung up. Joke of a company.

Got an email there had been a change in my credit and to log in. I attempted to log in with my saved username and password, but it kept giving me an error. I was unsuccessful in logging in. Probably a scam to get me to buy some additional ID insurance.

I got locked out when I forgot my password and the temporary one that they gave me didn't work. They wanted me to call an 800 number to get back in. No thanks. I guess I just won't be logging into that site anymore.

Did not receive registration email. Did not receive email updates for over a year. Suddenly they started coming in and it was impossible to log in to check the details. Spent 45 minutes bouncing between three agents, who were are all rushed and rude, to eventually create an account, login and gain access to the information. Attempted to log in again 2 days later and was advised the password I'd originally created (and was accepted) was too long?! Attempted to correct using their live chat bot as their offices were closed on the weekend, and it not only could not assist with this issue, it could not even recognize simple commands like "my password will not work'. This is a useless service with horrible customer service and online abilities. I am only using it because it was recommended by my place of work as a free option. However, with how frustrating it has been, I plan to cancel it.

I am not a member but get a message like I am. I think someone needs to look into this fraud.

I got an email of an alert from my true identity. I went thru all of the authentication to get to a rep. It didn't sound legit. He had a very strong Middle East India accent and hard to understand. He asked for my whole ssn and date of birth again. I didn't feel safe it sounded like a fraud. You can't be too careful now a days

Have been trying to log in for two days, After talking to 6 (yes 6) different representatives I am still unable to log in to my account, so I will simply give up on this inept and untrustworthy site, a horrible thing for a site to be that handles and holds my financial identity. Just a lot of agravation and time wasting

My identity was stolen in a CIRO computer hacking. Their solution was to pay for this company to monitor my accounts for 2 years. I think I would rather deal with my identity thief. Customer service people are in India and very difficult to understand. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he identified himself as Jeff Smith as somebody in the background giggled. Unprofessional. Clearly English was not anyone’s first language. Found customer service M to be rude and continually interrupting me until I asked her to please listen. A further check with Equifax Canada by me confirmed my credit rating had not changed and I had been given false information by TrueIdentity. Unprofessional, rude, and very difficult to understand. Waste of time calling them. Should not be in business
