The product was exactly as described and well made.

I bought Medi Neck 3-In-1 Traction Device on 4/3/2026, was broken on early of June. I have been contacting post-sales service, sent the video. Had no answer back!!! The phone number +1 (949) 568-7142, I have been calling over hundred times, no body answered!!! I felt so regret to recommend this brand to my friends and colleagues. This is first time I had this very bad service. I am still looking forwards to hearing from them.

I got the head scalp massager after reviewing multiple options. This is a Japanese brand and it was one of the few that shipped to the US. The shipping was standard and arrived on time(about 2-3 weeks). I've used it daily and it has been a great investment. It relaxes my scalp very nicely and I use it in the shower to get a deeper cleanse. It comes with several other attachments for face and body, which I haven't used, but I can attest for the scalp attachments! I also really like the different modes: EMS, clean, moist, and regular. It's a great product, and coming from a Japanese company, more credible for me. It also came with a free sleep mask, which now that I've tried, is such good quality. I've used one from Amazon for ages but the Mytrex sleep mask is levels better, with better light blocking, comfortability, and material! I'm writing this review because it came with an offer for a free sleep mask, but the content is genuine and truthful, and based on my experience with the free sleep mask I got with my order, I want another one!

Product works great! Had a little issue with shipping and it took a lot longer to get to me than expected. Communication with company was fast. Would buy from them again!

The Mytrex sleep mask is truly a black out wonder. Awesome for the money. I tried a Manta and it was disappointing compared to Mytrex.

Last month, I noticed fluid damage at the dock/cable contact point when my Prove device turned on by itself. Without being able to be turned off, it vibrated for a few hours and then went quiet. I contacted your Support Team and was prompted to send in a video. Quickly, the Support Team identified the issue and arranged for a new device to be sent to me. I’m thoroughly impressed by your outstanding support service, particularly its efficiency and care! I came across Prove by Mytrex via a YouTube video last year. I saw significant results (uplifted cheeks) after trying it for two weeks. This was my first happy surprise. This recent interaction is the second happy surprise from Mytrex. Excellent products and customer service will certainly win many loyal consumers over. I have already looked into other products by Mytrex (and purchased the Head Spa Deep X Scalp Massager) and will definitely try more soon, with the Rakuno Fit Plus, Medi Neck, and Hiho in mind.
