I am writing to formally request a return for my Medi Neck, Order #MYTREX9091Global as I have not received any response to my previous inquiries. I have already reached out a total of four times—twice via chat and twice via email—but have been completely ignored. Interestingly, when I previously used the chat feature to ask a question about a different device, my chat history was saved and I received a response. However, my messages regarding this return request have been repeatedly deleted. I tried sending another message as a test, but it disappeared by the following day. I am extremely disappointed with this level of customer service. If you do not accept returns, you should stop advertising a "30-day money-back guarantee." I expect a prompt response with instructions on how to process my return and full refund.
