I wish they had made it clear that just paying for the service will not guarantee that you will be able to keep it off of your driving record. I had asked if I have to pay any other extra fee and they said no. Months later they said they couldn't keep it off the record and they want to take it to the county court which would cost me an additional payment that is 3 times the amount that I had previously paid. The court did confirm that they did go to court so they did their part, but they aren't entirely upfront and transparent. A future customer should make sure that with them that they will not be paying money for nothing. Always assume the worst case scenarios where you have to pay an extra fee. TL;DR I paid 150$ for nothing.

I contacted My Traffic Tickets about 4 warrants that I had in Texas. They initially told me that they would need about 24 hours to review all of the cases and get back to me with a quote. They called me back within 2 hours with all of the information on my cases. They worked with me on a payment plan that allowed me to space out my payments in 30 days (I AM A SINGLE MOTHER SO THIS WAS A BIG DEAL!). After about 2 months, they were able to wrap up all of my cases and kept them from appearing on my driving record and suspending my license! Customer service was awesome! Experience was awesome! I will be sure to refer any of my "delinquent" friends to you, HA! Thank you team!
